Returns & Exchange Policy

Changed your mind? Don't worry, it happens. Enjoy our Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. We’ll happily refund or exchange your order (exc. sale items) within 14 days from original purchase date. To be eligible, your item(s) must be unworn and in the same condition and original packaging that you received it in. Shipping and other charges are non-refundable. 

Simply follow the steps below;

  1. Email us with your full name and order number.

  2. Place the item(s) you're returning into a secure parcel

  3. Take your parcel to your local post office and send it to the address provided. (We recommend sending your parcel via Express or Registered post as we do not accept responsibility for lost items).

  4. Once your return/exchange has been received to our returns warehouse, your request will be processed within 48 business hours. Please note returns may take up to 7 business days to reach your account depending on your bank.

Gift Cards & Sale Item Returns

We do not offer returns on Gift Cards or any sale items.

'BOGOF' Returns

Returns are subject to our returns policy. Products purchased during a 'Buy one, get one free' promotion (BOGOF) must be returned with the Promotional Product, both in its original packaging. In the case where only one item is returned, the Promotional Savings will be refunded in the form of a merchandise credit. The merchandise credit is 50% of your original purchase, excluding shipping cost

Warranty

For manufacturing defects, replacements are available within 12 months of purchase. Warranty does not cover scratches, accidental damage caused by general use, fading or peeling of frames or the loss of screws due to neglect. Mirror lenses are highly vulnerable to scratches and nicks caused by everyday wear and tear. Natural wear and tear on mirror lens sunglasses do not make them eligible for exchanges.
